All PTB Special Products equipment is tailor-made. What does this mean? Our engineers work on designing equipment every single day. The design process has been optimized with modular designs to respond to your requests quickly and accurately. When a request becomes an order, the entire machine is designed by engineers from the forks to the mast to the tiller handle. Before the production commences, the client verifies the design and its measurements. After that, the two PTB factories start the production. The first factory manufactures parts, the second factory executes the construction and assembly.
Phase 1: Collection of the requirements
By means of a questionnaire your requirements are communicated to us.
Phase 2: Assessment of the requirements
PTB engineers assess the collected requirements and prepare a solution concept based on the data from the questionnaire.
Phase 3: Information about the machine and budget price
Your PTB contact informs you about the device that can handle your requirements, accompanied by a budget price.
Phase 4: 3D model and official quotation
If the budget price is acceptable, a quotation with comprehensive technical details will be sent to you, accompanied by a 3D model of the concept device. For exceptionally challenging devices an engineering fee is required.
