Cleanroom Pallet Truck for ASML

The solution

A powerful 13 ton cleanroom pallet truck equipped with customized forks. These forks are coated in a layer of stainless steel and modified in length and width. This makes it easier to maneuver the machine in a cleanroom, where there is limited space.

The products of ASML have to be moved in a room that has little manoeuvring space. PTB's pallet truck makes this an easy task, because of its size and lifting capacity.

All components of the PTB machine that come into contact with the final product are made of stainless steel. This material can be used without applying a layer of paint or a coating. Therefore it will not transfer any paint residue onto the products and there is no risk of contamination in the cleanroom.
