Roodhart's Pallet Truck for Transporting Press and Construction Waste Containers

The Roodhart Group supplies and maintains pump systems for industrial clients such as refineries and water treatment plants. The company has its own workshops and testing facilities. In water treatment, purification residue is often collected underground in press containers. For transporting these containers, Roodhart needed a special transport machine. PTB developed the EPS100G, a unique pallet truck that effortlessly lifts press and construction waste containers weighing 10 tons.

Moving Containers

The heavy press and construction waste containers are often located in places within a building complex that are inaccessible to trucks. They need to be transported to the location where a truck can take over for further transportation.

PTB Special Products designed a radio-controlled, electric machine that can easily move the heavy containers through buildings to the point where road transport takes over.

Lifting Capacity

PTB's EPS100G can handle 10-ton press or roll-off containers with construction waste using the adapters for portal systems and transport them to their destination. PTB manufactures such machines with a capacity of up to 40 tons.

Radio-Controlled Pallet Truck

What sets this machine apart is its dual control function. The electric pallet truck can be operated from a riding platform. Additionally, the machine can be controlled remotely via radio. Because the operator can see exactly what they are doing, they can maneuver the machine with great care through narrow passages.
