A 20-ton pallet truck for the transport of rotary tools

Madern International BV is a manufacturer of high-quality machines with rotating molds with rotational feed, mainly for the packaging industry. Madern sells these machines worldwide. High-quality custom transport machines are used to change the molds in the machines. Madern regularly contacts PTB for these transport machines.

20-ton pallet truck

PTB often supplies 15-ton pallet trucks to Madern. This time Madern opted for a 20-ton pallet truck, because a wider application of the pallet truck is required. The EPS200 has now been delivered. At PTB we are proud of the result!

Pedestrian steering

The 20-ton pallet truck is a machine with ride-on steering. The operator stands on a shielded ride-on platform and controls the machine from a centrally located control console. From this control console it is possible to operate all functions of the pallet truck.

Technical details

The load-bearing part consists of one wide fork, a platform. The platform has a width of 910 mm and a length of 2,400 mm. The insertion height is 150 mm and the lifting stroke is electronically limited.

The load platform is equipped with a shock absorber at the front and plastic guide strips on the sides. The front is also equipped with plastic side articulation rollers. The shock absorber and the guide strips and rollers ensure that the machine is guided to the correct position for lifting without damaging the rotation dies.

The machine is sprayed with a two-component coating in a color specified by the customer.
